This is a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Project consisting of an Underground Parking Facility comprising 2,350 car parking spaces covering 2 floors underground and a surface area. Facilities also include a Tunnel connecting the Car Park to the Terminal Building, a Fire Detection System and fire Fighting Equipment, Ventilation System, Elevators, Public Bathrooms, Offices, control Centre, both building & Parking Management System, Pumps and other related works. The operation includes all aspects of setting up the procedures and implementing and maintaining a Quality System (ISO 9001:2000).

Sheraton Hotel, Pretoria, South Africa.
Contract Value: US$ 14,500,000
Scope of works for this BOT project consists of the construction of a Luxury 5-Star Hotel consisting of 175 Standard Rooms, 36 Tower Rooms, 7 Diplomatic and 9 Junior Suites and a Presidential Suite. All rooms have Individually Controlled Air Conditioning, Color Television with Satellite and Pay –TV, Voice Mail, Sound Proof Insulated Windows, Mini-bar, Personal Safes plus there are 9 Smart Rooms with Internet Facilities. Tower Floors and Suites are on the 6th & 7th Floors and can only be reached through a special lift key with also a Special Check-in Facility and Lounge. The hotel also features a Conference Hall, Meeting Rooms (7off), Swimming Pool & Terrace with Pool Deck Bar, Gymnasium, Restaurants (2off), Bar & Coffee Shop and Nightclub.

Sulaibiya Wastewater Treatment & Reclamation Plant (BOT Project), Kuwait.
Contract Value: US$ 500,000,000
Project involves the complete design, construction and operation of the Wastewater and Reclamation Plant currently handling 350,000m3 of wastewater but designed for future expansion to process up to 600,000m3. The plant includes both conventional and non-conventional processes including a Membrane Separation Process, Pre-treatment Plant, Interconnecting Pipe Work, Switchgear, Transformer, Cabling, Controls and Instrumentation, Biological and Chemical Analysis Laboratories, Civil engineering Works comprising plant foundations, water storage tanks, buildings (total no. 30), roads and all other associated works and equipment. Civil works consists of construction of a totally new Plant at Sulaibiya and the necessary extension ( 3 off 25KM Ductile Iron Pipelines 1400mm dia.) from the Ardiya Plant.

A project consisting of an annex to the existing hotel with a total built up area of 1,800m2 and including a Basement Floor as parking, an Underground Floor comprising an Entrance Area, Preparation Area, Outdoor Activities Area (Loggia, Terraces, Diwaniya, Swimming Pool, Kids Pool, Solarium and Stage. The Ground Floor includes a Pantry Area, Public toilets, Lockers, Showers and a tunnel connecting to the main hotel.
